Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of NoYikes. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app unless a separate license is presented in App Store Connect.
1. What NoYikes provides
NoYikes uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to provide communication feedback and possible rewrites. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You remain responsible for what you send and for the consequences of your communications.
2. Not professional or emergency advice
NoYikes does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial, crisis, or other professional advice. It is not an emergency service and cannot contact emergency responders. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use NoYikes. If the law where you live requires parental consent for a minor to use an online service, you must have that consent.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You keep your rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service and comply with law. You represent that you have the right to submit the content.
You may not use NoYikes to facilitate threats, harassment, stalking, exploitation, unlawful discrimination, fraud, sexual abuse, or other illegal or harmful conduct; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; reverse engineer protected portions of the service; or submit malware or secrets belonging to others.
5. Subscriptions
Optional subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Prices and any trial terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple’s terms. Apple charges your account and manages cancellations, refunds, and billing. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may apply reasonable usage, safety, or technical limits. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features described as “coming soon” are not included until actually released.
7. Intellectual property
NoYikes, its design, software, branding, and service content—excluding your content—are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, relationships, opportunity, revenue, or profits arising from your use of NoYikes. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid for NoYikes during the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using NoYikes at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or a material breach of these Terms. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Governing terms and changes
Applicable consumer-protection law may give you rights regardless of these Terms. We may update these Terms and will post the effective date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
